The production of ethanol from grain results in residues. After separation in the decanter, these are split into spent grain (solid) and stillage (liquid). Both components are usually used as animal feed.

Nestville Distillery carries on the old distilling traditions of northern Spiš, which are historically documented and can be traced back three centuries. The company decided to revive this uniqueness in its production of spirits in the village of Hniezdne.
