Nestville Distillery

The main production program of the Distillery is the bottling of whiskey and the production of other spirits using the cold process. In 2010 and 2011, the company underwent a major change – the modernization of its production facilities. A plant was built to bottle whiskey and other spirits. The name Nestville Distillery began to be used. In 2012, we started bottling the first Slovak whiskey.

Filling

bottle

There are 3 filling lines in the product manufacturing. A production line for filling bottles with a volume of 0.04 – 0.05 L, so-called miniatures, a manual filling line for filling small batches of products and a fully automated line, which is used for filling bottles with a volume of 0.2 L and more. The line consists of several parts: an injection device, a filling and capping block, a labeling device and a storage and packaging device. The maximum output of the production line is 5000 bottles/h.

Production

process

Production begins with placing the bottles on a conveyor belt. Before filling, the bottles go through a spray, where we use 40% alcohol to ensure the cleanliness of the bottle and also to prevent water from entering the bottle. This is followed by filling and capping the bottles. After capping, the bottle enters the labeling device, where the labels and control mark are applied. Finally, the bottle inserter places the bottles in a collection carton. We produce approximately 10-15 thousand bottles per day.
